Terms and Conditions – Boba and Brew and You Loyalty Program
- Enrollment: Customers can enroll in the loyalty program by making an in-store purchase of $50 or more. The customer’s name, email address and phone number are required for the effective management of the loyalty program experience.
- Card: The loyalty program provides physical cards when available. Customers who do not wish to receive a physical card can register their mobile phone number or email address. The holder of the card or anyone in possession of the membership information is presumed to be the member.
- Earning Points: Customers earn points by making qualifying in-store purchases, such as bubble tea drinks, coffee, eats and pantry shelf items. Orders placed using our Orderlina app for counter pick-up qualify for earning points. Orders placed using 3rd party food delivery services don’t qualify for earning points.
- Conversion Rate: Points are earned at a rate of 3 percent of the qualifying dollars spent. For example, for every $100 spent, 3 points will be earned.
- Redemption of Points: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. To safeguard members, national identification may be required if an exceptionally high redemption is determined.
- Points Expiration: Points earned by a customer will expire after one year of inactivity on the account.
- Privacy: We value our members’ privacy. All member information is stored on secure servers and will only be accessed for account management and periodic boba and brew marketing.
- Membership Termination: The loyalty program can be terminated at any time without notice. Any membership can be terminated without reason at any time. The holder of the card or anyone in possession of the membership number is presumed to be the member. However, any Boba and Brew team member can request customer verification via national identification before processing any loyalty program transaction.
- Changes to loyalty program: These terms and conditions are subject to modification at any time without notice.
